Our focus is commercial. We take select residential projects case by case.
Is there a minimum charge?
Field service calls carry a 2-hour minimum. Scheduled IT support is booked in half-day and full-day blocks.
How fast can you schedule?
Typically within 3 to 5 business days, faster for recurring clients with standing slots. If the situation is urgent, call. If we can make it work, we will tell you straight.
What areas do you cover?
Day-to-day field service and scheduled IT support cover northwest Vermont, centered on the Burlington area. For contracted cabling projects, we travel when the scope justifies it.

Who you are hiring
HB Solutions is an owner-operated IT and low voltage contractor based in the Burlington, Vermont area. We work as a subcontractor to general contractors and telecoms. We also work directly with businesses that need dependable technical hands.
Our background spans structured cabling, enterprise field service programs for national clients, POS systems and co-managed IT.
