Co-managed IT
Half-day and full-day blocks for organizations that need local technical hands in Vermont without adding a full-time hire.
The model
Any organization that needs more technical hands on site than it has. That might be an IT department in another city that needs someone local. An IT person here who needs overflow help, extra hands for a project or another set of eyes on a hard problem. Or a business with no IT staff at all. Whatever the setup, the arrangement is the same: dependable local hands on a schedule you control.
Common on-site work under your IT team's direction:
A lot of IT support stops where the keyboard ends. Ours does not: we mount displays, wall cabinets and time clocks, trace and repair bad drops and bring the drill, the anchors and the stud finder when the job calls for them.
We work in your RMM and ticketing, not around them.
Recurring weekly or biweekly slots. Scheduled visits as needed. Emergency and on-call work is always on the table, with standing clients receiving priority response. You direct the work. We execute, document and report back. Rates quoted based on cadence, scope and travel.
Coverage
Imaging, deployments, swaps, desk moves, peripheral setup, user-side troubleshooting and documentation.
Printer issues, print fleet support, POS hardware, pin pads, receipt printers and site hardware coordination.
Switches, routers, access points, patching, labeling, cable cleanup and smart-hands work with your network team. CCNA-certified technical lead.
